Técnicas de junção     VENERING O verniz pode ser colado em todos os suportes à base de madeira com colas de ureico ou vinil.Para a colagem em suportes de diferentes materiais, recomendamos realizar primeiro testes para verificar quaisquer problemas técnicos e avaliar o desempenho do produto acabado.     GOLPE COM GOLPE UREICA Quando se utilizam colas úreicas, é geralmente aconselhável evitar a aplicação de mais de 150 g/m2, a pressões que variam de 1,5 bar a 3 bar e a temperaturas de vernizamento entre 80° C e 125° C.Os aditivos podem ser adicionados à cola para: Também sugerimos a pigmentação da cola com tons semelhante à cor da chapa.     COLHO COM COLHES DE VINÍL Devido às características termoplásticas deste tipo de cola, a quantidade a aplicar deve ser regulada com precisão em função da faceta, do suporte e do tipo de prensa utilizada,para evitar uma fuga desagradável que seja difícil de remover durante a operação de lixaçãoEm termos gerais, a quantidade de cola de vinil utilizada deve situar-se entre 80 g/m2 e 110 g/m2, a pressões variando de 1,5 bar a 3,5 bar e a temperaturas de vernizamento entre 60°C e 80°C.     SANDAR Para remover do produto quaisquer vestígios de manipulação e/ou cola que sobrassem da operação de colagem, o verniz deve ser lixado com papel de lixa de qualidade 100/150/180,de peso não superior a 20 g/m2, mas não superior a 150 g/m2,- A lixação efectuada em ângulo reto com o grão, se for feita com força, pode deixar no material micro-arranhões ou rasgões visíveis.Realizar testes preliminares para avaliar o resultado e decidir quais as técnicas específicas de lixação a adotar.     Vernizagem O verniz pode ser vernizado utilizando os métodos e classes de produtos recomendados para o vernizamento de madeira natural,que são concebidos para preservar o material de fenômenos de degradação química/física (fotodegradação), degradação térmica) e deterioração mecânica (arranhões, golpes, etc.).e realizar ensaios antes de submeter a chapa multilaminada a processos de verniçagem.     Manutenção das veias Dado que o folheado é constituído principalmente de madeira natural, o seu teor de umidade pode variar em função do ambiente em que é armazenado e trabalhado.Manter nas zonas reservadas para armazenagem e tratamento do folheado uma taxa de umidade entre 50% e 80% (Ur) a uma temperatura de referência de 20-22°CEvite todo o contacto, mesmo temporário, com água ou outros líquidos, condensados e gotas na superfície do produto.O produto deve ser armazenado em plano a uma altura de pelo menos 200-250 mm do chão e a faceta deve ser protegida de toda a luz, tanto direta como indiretamente.
